Bodo Department Alumni Association is formed on 27th February in 2019. Since inception Alumni is working various works and activities in collaboration with Department of Bodo. One of major activity is Gonggwna Literary meet which is organized every fourth Saturday of the month since March, 2021 by inviting different personalities in the areas of literature, culture, social as a resource person so as they could be acquainted with students and upcoming writers of the Bodos. Till now the Alumni has organized two get together program in the Dept. of Bodo, first alumni get together program was held on 27th February, 2019 and second alumni get together program was held on 26th March, 2022. It is worth mentioning that in connection with second alumni get together program a Magazine or mouthpiece namely ‘GONNGWNA" was published.
