Bodoland University´s Department of Political Science is a leading department that was established in 2005. The department features cutting-edge facilities, and its faculty members hold extensive teaching and research experience, as well as high-quality publications to their credit. Ph.D., M.Phil., M.A. in Political Science, and a one-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Rights are among the programs available. A Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies is also run by the department. Field visits, internships, assignment presentations for classroom debate, video lectures, role-playing exercises, and experiential learning are all part of the department´s regular schedule. The department holds seminars, workshops, lecture series, and other events on a regular basis to further strengthen the skills and growth of its students and academic members. In order to support its students in all aspects of life, the department also uses the mentor-mentee model.
