Terms & Conditions for Guest House Booking

1. Guests must adhere to the university’s code of conduct during their stay.
2. Booking through Samarth Portal at least One Week in Advance is required, and full payment must be made at least 5 days prior to the booking to the following Bank Account details:

   • Valid documents showing Official/ Non-Official must be attached while booking
   • Students must comply through Samarth Portal of the Head of the Department.
   • All members of Court, Executive Council, Academic Council, Finance Committee, Selection Committee, External Examiners of the University and Chief Guest of Convocation or any other special guest of convocation or any other Guest declared official by the Vice Chancellor shall be treated as official guest of the University.
   • For all other Guests who claim official status, he or his sponsor should obtain prior approval of the authority and enclose the same along with the application for reservation of rooms.
3. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

4. The guest house staff has the authority to deny entry to any unauthorized individuals.
5. Food charges shall be given to the Kitchen Outsourced Firm.
6. Conduct & Responsibilities
   • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not cause inconvenience to others.
   • Alcohol consumption, smoking, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
   • Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.
   • The university is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in for partial refunds.
   • No refund will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
   • The university reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
